Summary: We brought our jet ski up. First we were impressed/pleased that the ski and truck fit with room to spare on the slab. The house is beautiful, cozy and serene with views of the lake. We launched right below with no issue. The next day we drove to check out several state parks to see waterfalls. Cookeville is a 20-30 minute drive for restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again.
