Summary: The location was absolutely perfect! We were able to visit two waterfalls in the area, as well as Nashville which was only 1 and 1/2 hrs away. The grocery store directly across the street was super convenient, perfect home and location!

Summary: There were 5 women staying here for 4 nights. 5 beds so we could get good sleep. The house had everything we needed. It does have stairs for 3 bedrooms. They are a little steep. I would stay here again if in town.

Summary: Great location for our needs as we were traveling to Cookeville for the Southern States Show & Sale. The house is well stocked with linens & kitchen, etc. Our only criticism would be that the beds upstairs could use some mattress & box springs upgrades. We also traveled with elderly parents & the front sidewalk and step definitely needs some safety improvements from the current condition. Overall it is a nice property & location.

Summary: The home is very comfortable. Perfect for our “annual girl’s weekend”. Enjoyed walking across the street to a few local stores and eatery. Summary: This house was so tastefully decorated and warm and welcoming. While the house is on a major throughway for this town, the town is so quiet that it was not an issue. Across the street, there is a grocery store that is very convenient for essentials. For those with dogs, please note that the front yard is NOT fenced in but the backyard is sizeable enough for your furry family members to stretch their legs and enjoy the outdoors.

Summary: This house is even more charming and full of character than the pictures show. Beds are all very comfortable. Living room TV has firestick. The house was very clean. We were there during Christmas and the house was decorated so cute for the holiday. The Christmas tree looked like something out of a magazine. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.
