Enjoy this cozy, stylish tiny home experience centrally located right next to Tingley Beach duck pond, the Albuquerque Bio Park Zoo and walking/biking trails by the Bosque. Also located close to Old Town and Downtown Albuquerque! Did I mention a relaxing HOT TUB for 2? 1 queen bed in loft and 1 full sofa pullout. Washer/dryer!

The agave tiny house has a 1-bedroom loft sleeping area, 1 bathroom. The couch has a full size hide-a-bed in case you’re afraid of climbing into the loft :). The tiny house has its own private yard with a hot tub, seating area with coffee table and grill. There is another unit next to it, but no shared spaces. Dedicated parking right in front of Tiny House.
Guest access
The property is gated with remote access! Upon guests' arrival, the guests will receive a gate key fob (located inside the unit) for personal remote access! There is a smart lock on the door. You will receive a message around noon the day of check in with the code :)

Summary: I was in town for a quick work trip and selected this property for my 2 night stay. Check in and check out were smooth, finding the place was a breeze, and I kind of wished my stay was longer. The place is enchanting with calming bright colors and the perfect little oasis with so many amenities. I cooked dinner one night and everything I needed was there. I brought my dog, the enclosed yard gave us peace of mind and let her enjoy the stay too. We live in the country, so any concerns I had for security in the city were totally quelled by being able to park behind a secure gate/fence AND being able to lock the yard gate from the inside. I would definitely recommend this spot for 1-2 people (& a dog!)and would stay here again! Next time hopefully I’ll have time to soak in the hot tub!
