Summary: Very cute spot! Felt safe we had a gated fence around the property. Loads of snacks and water which was greatly appreciated. The property is shared with another VRBO so if you have dogs not as easy to be off leash but other than that it was perfect!

Summary: Well done on creating a diamond in the rough. I cannot give the neighborhood a 5 star but we felt safe as property was in a gated enclosure. Modern, clean and cozy with all the amenities needed. We would stay again.

Summary: The photos perfectly express the charm of this place. It perfectly suited our needs and the communications throughout the process were great-10 stars! They really made it easy from start to finish. While we weren’t here long enough to use the grill & firepit nor the drink options we appreciated the thoughtfulness. As we were traveling with dogs the path near the river made for a nice walk before we departed to our next destination.

Summary: It was absolutely wonderful!! Had everything you could want or need, and was decorated very well!! Not a bad location, and gated, which was a plus. Would definitely stay again, and will recommend to others.

Summary: This is a great place to stay in Albuquerque. There's even cornhole in the back yard. We also enjoyed the outside fire chimney. Jon was very prompt in answering questions too.
