Summary: We were welcomed with such graciousness: beautiful leis and cold ginger lemon drinks and refreshing towels and then escorted personally to our spacious and artistically decorated condo. Our first night at Timbers was magical with palm trees, flowering tropical plants and lighted tiki torches. Everything is first class: the food, the service, the beautiful surroundings.

Summary: Beautiful property on the edge of the ocean with lots of on property activities especially for kids and a short drive to most of the island. The rooms are new, spacious, beautiful and really comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful property, great staff in every department. Food is fantastic and overall setting in the bay is spectacular. One unfortunate issue is the fact it is close to the Lihue airport with many tourist helicopters directly overhead from early on and throughout the day. The airliners taking off an landing are just a minor irritation, but the helicopters do ruin the peaceful enjoyment of an otherwise wonderful experience.
