Positive: The house is spacious and well equipped. Super comfortable bed and lovely bed linen. Huge en-suite bathroom with a fab shower. Michelle was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Negative: We had some issues with the coal fire not drawing properly and blowing smoke back into the room but, to be fair, we were there during Storm Amy and Michelle did her best to put it right!

Summary: Lovely well-equipped house. If we were in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Positive: Amazing location with enviable views directly from the House. The House is far larger than the photos suggest and the host Michelle goes out of her way to make the stay memorable. Highly recommend- except on the dates I want to return!

Negative: Access to upstairs rooms would be challenging for less able people.
