Positive: Perfectly maintained modern property. Hosts were incredible, accommodating our every need, including providing us a fan at short notice. The home is well-equipped with great tech features. Very comfortable, with a small outdoor patio/garden. There was a welcome pack of coffee and other eatables, which we thoroughly enjoyed. If only all properties were kept and managed to such a great standard. Special mention for Jessica, who was great on the phone.
Negative: Nothing, it was perfect, including the communicative and responsive host.
Summary: One to return to.

Positive: The space and airiness of the house, nice tidy garden, ample parking space, and not too far to get to Carbis Bay and St Ives. The beds were comfortable. The house had all the amenities needed.
Negative: It would have been nice to have a hand towel in the downstairs toilet and hand soap near the kitchen sink.
Summary: Excellent modern house for a family to base themselves for touring around Cornwall.

Positive: The property had every thing you needed very modern and bright , beds very comfy and ensuite and bathroom with great showers also an enclosed back garden with barbecue and seating Perfect for the dog . It was also not far walk into St Ives. The property is an ideal base to visit other beaches around
Negative: The side entrance door didn’t lock only a breeze block to keep it shut .It didn’t affect us but it would be better.

Positive: Modern, smart and really well equipped. 10 min walk from beach and 40 min walk into St Ives.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like.
Summary: Lovely holiday at this property. Spacious with top of the range facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Well appointed property in a peaceful residential cul de sac..hi spec tech and equipment. Well laid out and room for us all to spread out as a family with four grown ‘children’. Liked the utility room for washing and drying beach & walking wear etc. Carbis Bay is a good location for access to lots of local spots and attractions. Local large supermarket only 0.3 mile away and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We loved The Bean Inn.
Negative: Location means you need to rely on a hike down (and back!) to the beach or the local train-line station (St Ives to St Erth) or catch a local bus service (of which there were plenty) to get around the coast. We would have liked a few books and games as an alternative to tv on wet weather days. Carbis Bay beach club restaurant food was disappointing and car parking was prohibitive at £20 per day.

Positive: The property was absolutely amazing! Has all the facilities you will need, it’s in a fantastic location and the house is gorgeous. Thank you for a perfect stay, the home was absolutely immaculate, the 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Negative: Out of the 6 of us that stayed not one of us could pick out a single fault.
