Positive: The view was amazing, the apartment was very well equipped with everything you would need to have a wonderful stay even down to a pair of binoculars to admire the seals and boats.

Negative: Really no complaints but if I'm being picky the parking space was very tight. On the other hand we felt lucky to have a parking space in Carbis Bay!

Positive: The location was ideal, offering a lovely view of the sea through a large bay window. The nearby beach is quite pleasant, and there is a walkway for a delightful stroll. It is conveniently located close to the train station which means that there is no need to drive to St Ives. However, grocery shopping must be done by car since there are no shops in the vicinity. The flat was immaculate, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with ample space for cooking.

Negative: Although there is a dedicated space for parking (which is great as there is no space on the street), the spot is rather tight.

Positive: It is stunning, like a dream. Beautifully designed, with a ‘wow’ factor view. Lovely furniture, a superb kitchen. Lovely and warm. We were transported to pure luxury. It is really close to the little branch line which meant we could do walks along the coast and return by train. The trains are not at all noisy. The parking is close to the door. Tesco is about 1.5 miles away on the main road, the shop at the beach doesn’t sell anything useful.

Negative: What’s not to like?

Positive: The view from the lounge is INCREDIBLE! Very well located in Carbis Bay, right on the beach and very close to St. Ives. 2 minute drive.

Negative: Some of the lights weren't working, and the can opener was broken and the TV's internet wasn't working, but other than that the apartment is absolutely incredible.

Summary: We loved our time in Golden Heights. The coffee was great and the view to die for! Thanks.
