Carbis Bay luxurious detached holiday home that has undergone a high-end renovation for 2025, within walking distance of Carbis Bay & St Ives' beaches.
4 bedrooms suites, each with their own private bathrooms and 50" Smart 4K TVs, sleeping up to 10, the ideal property for multiple families sharing.

Vast outdoor secure, enclosed and private sea view decking area with 20 metre frameless glass balustrade & hot tub. Private driveway with parking for up to 4 cars with a fast electric vehicle charger.
The 1st floor sea view master en-suite bedroom has floor-to-ceiling gable end glass Juliet balcony as well as a full size bath and is great for a family room, comfortably sleeping 4, with a super king bed & and another two sofabeds.
There is another bedroom with en-suite shower room on the 1st floor that can be adapted to a twin or super king bedroom.
The ground floor master super king bedroom is spacious and has a full size en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
Next to the master suite is another good sized bedroom that can be adapted to a twin or super king bed and also has an en-suite shower room.
All bedrooms have wardrobes with hanging space with drawers/shelves.

Summary: We have just returned from the most amazing stay here in Carbis Bay. The house was fabulous, very well equipped, nice bright open, airy spaces. Plenty of space to bother be together and have privacy. Ideal location with stunning views. Very good communication with hosts. Megan & family.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. Neil and Lisa were very quick to respond to any concerns or requests that we had. The location was perfect. It was also well equipped with everything you might need. The hot tub was cleaned twice while we were there. The windows were also done so the maintenance on this house is well taken care of. We would love to stay again

Summary: Wow this house is amazing. Great location with sea views . Beautifully modern and clean . We stayed as a group of 8 and had plenty of room . Highlights were the hot tub and outdoor area . The hosts went above and beyond and always answered queries quickly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again .

Summary: We were a group of 2 families and had 2 children each. The property was perfect for this type of group as 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, each floor having a master. All Rooms and en-suites were lovely, modern and spotless. The whole house is decorated beautifully , the view is outstanding. So lovely to have. The walk down to carbis bay was done daily by my 4 and 6 year old, despite the hill. It’s very doable. The bus stop is literally right outside to go to st ives or Penzance if you don’t want to drive. We also got the little train. Very well appointed. Lots of lovely restaurants on the seafront. Big Tesco near by is so helpful to have. Communication from the owners was brilliant, so fast, and answered all questions. The hot tub was so lovely to have at the end of busy days exploring this amazing part of Cornwall . We ate at lots of lovely places, the old coastguard, porthminster cafe (the skate was outstanding), the tolcarne inn, silco. Becks fish and chips was nice as was the local Indian we got one night! Even with iffy weather we had the best time. Boat trip to seal island was fun, the seal sanctuary in Gweek also good. We watched a kids play at the minack theatre which the kids absolutely loved! Lovely to have an EV charger on site! Makes life so easy. They asked me if there was any feedback, anything to improve on, and honestly No! It’s perfect.

Summary: We have just returned from our stay we were delighted with the accommodation. The property was very modern and spotlessly clean. Perfect location close to St Ives & Carbis bay beach with ample parking.A travel cot and high chair were provided free of charge. The only thing I would suggest people bare in mind is that there are steps up to front door of the property (this was confirmed to me by the hosts prior to booking) although there is an alternative entrance from the main road with fewer steps although they are still quite large in size. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend.

Summary: Lovely house renovated to a high standard, situated a 15 minute walk from the fantastic Carbis Bay beach, St Ives harbour is only a 20 minute walk in the other direction where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

Summary: 5 star! Stayed for a week at Gardenside and happy to say it was all brand new and so luxurious. The house has 2 luxurious bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs that added extra privacy sharing with my extended family. Literally views that blow your mind. The master suites are pretty sizable if you want your little ones in the same bedroom with you. The terrace and hot tub don't have any houses overlooking which was perfect and you are elevtated with that awesome sea view and a beautiful gardens to the side. The location is right between St Ives and Carbis bay beach and an easy walk to either. Highly recommend.

Summary: We have just come home from a wonderful week away in Carbis Bay and we genuinely didn't want to leave. Gardenside is simply amazing and the hosts have thought of everything as the house is perfectly equipped. It was a home from home. The views from the main living area and the master bedroom are like something from a postcard. Its location is perfect for walks into St Ives and down to the beach. It was also handy having Tesco just over the road. We will definitely be booking this gorgeous property again.
