Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Thomasz Lodge. The rooms and washrooms were very clean and well maintained. The food was excellent, with authentic Sri Lankan flavors that we truly enjoyed. The environment was especially calm and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The peaceful atmosphere added so much to our experience. Positive: We had a lovely stay at Thomasz Lodge. It was our first visit to Sri Lanka, and it was a great base from which to explore. The accommodation was lovely - spacious and comfortable - and set in beautiful gardens. Our hosts were super-friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble, and they made our stay such a nice experience. Would certainly recommend!

Positive: The rooms were very spacious and clean, plus the air conditioner was new and worked perfectly. The beautiful maintained garden with a spacious lawn was something we really enjoyed. The garden had all Sri Lankan spices, fruits and vegetables which were used for the meals they prepared for us. Most of all the best part of our stay at Thomasz Lodge were the host. Wasana and her husband Bertram did everything possible to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. A must try at Thomasz Lodge is the special Sri Lankan dinner cooked by Wasana the host.

Negative: Nothing. It was perfect.

Positive: The hosts treated us with exceptional kindness and warm hospitality. They prepared a scrumptious breakfast at the crack of dawn and catered to our dietary needs with no hesitation. Their front yard is absolutely stunning and a stellar place to take pictures. It was a small paradise haven for a cheap price. We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here during their trip to Kandy.
