Summary: Our extended family spent an unusually chilly weekend here in early November. Lovely home and the location is a very quick jaunt to the beach. The elevator is just roomy enough for an accessible adult but they would need assistance if they didn’t have strength or the stretch to reach to close the inner door. All the doorways are wide enough for accessibility. The porches were a great feature! The pool is smaller than many backyard sizes I have seen but has a jacuzzi at one end. And since it was such a cold weekend we loved that we could pay to heat it and enjoy it! Definitely plan to take your own condiments if anyone is driving because there wasn’t even a grain of salt 😉 I did find the check in process so easy and all communications were quick! We would stay here again if we found ourselves back in the area!

Summary: It was a nice little vacation. The house was more than big enough for 4 adults and 4 kids. The beach was very close and the Savanah river is in your backyard. Dolphins all over the place for the kids to see. Very responsive and helpful.

Summary: My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and we absolutely loved it!! The pool was amazing for just hanging out at the house and it was perfect convenient walking distance to some bars and also the beach. The area in Tybee with all the restaurants and bars was a very quick drive, and the drive into downtown Savannah was also conveniently quick. The house itself was comfy and clean

Summary: This was the fourth time that we have been to Tybee Island and we will be back! The house had the space that we wanted. The elevator was wonderful to haul all of our luggage and groceries on. Close proximity to the beach. Many things to do on Tybee and just a short drive to Savannah. The house could use a few minor fixes. The light over the dining room table would flicker and dim, one of the wine refrigerators would not cool, one of the master bedroom sink stoppers is broke, the ice machine does not work in the refrigerator. A couple of places have some water damage but did not affect our stay. We had a wonderful week and the weather was fabulous, can’t wait to come back!
