Cathedral ceilings, nice clean two bedrooms, one bath ,open floor plan hardwood floors, central A/C fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essential cooking appliances ( blender, toaster, regular coffee maker, K-cup..) granite counter top, center island, washer and dryer , Flat 40' LED Cable TV, WIFI..
Both bedrooms feature high quality Queen mattresses ,mattress pads. Additional sleeping consist of a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax in your new own deck and patio and direct gas grill and private out side shower and one car parking .Sleep 4-6 people including children. Completely furnished and conveniently located right in town, near store and restaurants!!! We are pet friendly, we aloud 1 pet, there is a fee of $75.00 dollar p/ stay total!!!!! Dog should be no more then 30 pounds, no puppies!!! Policies:
-No Smoking inside the house!!!!

Summary: Just back from a fabulous week staying at this cozy bungalow. It is tiny, but neat as a pin and close to everything: beach, bay, restaurants, shops. Has all the essentials (no dishwasher but does include washer/dryer and a natural gas hookup for the grill--no fussing with tanks!) and the hosts, Felix and Elsa are lovely. One quick note for dog owners: the yard is fenced on three sides, but there is a path to the street that is not fenced. We brought a 50-foot lead and tied it to the column under the deck and that worked great for ensuring our pup couldn't get loose while we were grilling and chilling. Also, Felix and Elsa provided a baby gate so we could block the stairs and contain our pup on the deck if we were just sitting up there. Really nice touch. :)

Summary: We had very pleasant stay. House was immaculate.. our hosts Felix and Elsa were so accommodating and were only a text away to answer any questions. Great location only a short walk to some restaurants and the beach. Loved the outdoor shower. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Summary: I had originally booked this house for my husband, myself and my in laws. Unfortunately due to my husbands work schedule we couldn’t go but my in laws really enjoyed their stay. Felix was wonderful and my in laws said the house was great!

Summary: Elsa and Felix are amazing good hearted people ! My husband and I got married during our stay . They were extremly accomodating to make our day special !! They went above and beyond and we would highly recomend a stay in either one of their rentals !! We would have to say one of the best experiences on VRBO and in the future we would love to stay again !! THANK YOU AGAIN !!!!!!
