These villas include cozy open plan living, with a mezzanine floor and easy outdoor flow onto the deck. They are architecturally designed, brand new and an ideal option at Lake Ferry, with views overlooking Lake Onoke.
The mezzanine floor is fitted with a Super King bed which can be converted into 2 single beds if required. A Queen fold out couch is available on request. This is an excellent set up for couples or a small family.
Rent one of the villas or organize a few families to stay and rent all four. Chill out with your group and take in the scenery.
When you are not relaxing on the deck, head to the beach and have a go at long line fishing with views of the South Island. Try your hand at catching whitebait in the spring, or sit back, relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset in the garden bar of the Lake Ferry Hotel.

Summary: Have driven past these beautiful villas a lot and decided I'd give em ago and boy are they great full privacy great views lovely locals and Moden chatels in a rural area plus having the other 3 villas there you can large group book.

Summary: This is my second time staying in these units and love them. Very modern but with a relaxed weekend feel. Lovely view and far enough away from town to feel like an escape but close enough to go to Martinborough for dinner and a movie. Thanks Nikki!

Summary: We booked three of the properties for a friend group. Modern and well appointed units with stunning views regardless of the weather. The host was excellent to deal with. The properties are well provisioned (Note: there’s a microwave but no oven, and take your own pepper and salt shakers). We look forward to staying again.

Summary: The setting was beautiful, bed was amazing the kind you just wanted to run and jump into. The shower was great. I know because of space maybe not possible however a small table would have been great even portable / fold away to have inside or on the the deck. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: What a cool, modern set up in a beautiful little spot of Te Ika a Māui/ the North Island. Easy check in process with the lock box; well equipped with all the things you need; plus handy having the restaurant next door. Would be a great romantic escape, but worked well with our family of four.

Summary: We had a great stay despite the bad weather. The house was warm, clean and comfortable. Close to Lake Ferry Hotel to have meals and great spot for walks by the lake or in our case with bad weather you can simply stay indoors and enjoy the views.
