Summary: Perfect location overlooking the lineup in Gaviotas. Just above the beach! Huge patio! We left the windows open and listened to the waves crashing at night! The only thing that was not clear on the listing (although maybe I did not read carefully enough) is that to get to one of the bedrooms, you have to walk through another bedroom. This was not a problem for our group but something to note for future renters. Thank you!

Summary: The house sits in a wonderful location. However the house itself had some issues. The hot tub water was green when we got there with beer cans still littered on the side, and there wasn’t a hammock as pictured. The dishwasher and stove didn’t work properly. But since the stove was tricky to cook with we found our selves using the BBQ more which worked out. Also two of the main bathroom showers had problems with the draining despite cleaning them out as best as I could. Other than the small issues with the house, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We spent 5 nights at Las Gaviotas. House is in the perfect location. The view of the beach/surfers was excellent. Our surfers could be down catching waves and we could see every ride. Non surfers enjoyed the beach, used the community pool and hot tubs. The house accommodated our family easily. 4 bedrooms. The house is older so it needs a bit more maintenance than newer homes. For example, the internet and oven were not working when we got there. Larry, Jennifer and Osiris were responsive and took care of things quickly once we called them out. Overall the house set the stage for a really fun family vacation. Highly recommend it b

Summary: House was great, view is wonderful, kitchen is fully equipped and all in working order. Deducted a star as the cleaning ladies were in the house nearly 1 hr after check in.

Summary: We had a short three night stay here with two dads and five kids for a surf trip. The house is comfortable, well appointed and in a great location. We will definitely return for more visits.

Summary: This place was awesome. We had such a wonderful time. The living room was cozy and big enough to handle our group. The property had DISH satellite --which was a plus. The beds were really, really comfortable--linens and bedding were super soft. The views of the surf from the oceanfront decks, living room and downstairs bedrooms makes this house special. We had such a good time using the Jacuzzi spending time watching the surfers and sea life go by. We'll be back!!
