Las Gaviotas is centrally located close to Rosarito, K38, Puerto Nuevo, La Fonda and Guadelupe Valley. Feel safe in this private gated community with on-site security. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a panoramic ocean view, vaulted wood-beam ceilings, a 55'' flat screen with Apple TV, updated kitchen, comfortable beds, and a modern touch of Mexican decor throughout.
You can access the entire house, parking spaces, the pool and hot-tub, tennis courts, shuffle board, small playground, and private sandy beach. Enjoy a stroll throughout the community's cobblestone streets and scenic boardwalk.

Summary: All was lovely and effortless at Matt and Anna’s place in Las Gaviotas. The views are beautiful from the open sliding door wall, bringing the sounds of the ocean into the living room. Space was clean and comfortable. The community has easy beach access to several surf breaks right out front and is a great jump-off point to head south into Valle de Guadalupe or north into Rosarito, or just stay put and enjoy the serene comfort of this home.

Summary: This is the third time i have rented this property. I really enjoy it. It has the perfect setup for two couples. The two separate bedrooms with adjoining bathroom/shower allows privacy. My wife’s complaint is that the decor is not Mexican like so many places for rent in Las Gaviotas. To me it is the very reason that I like it. The modern contemporary look is right up my alley. The entire west wall opens up to a very panoramic view of the sea. I open it as soon as i get up. Make a cup of coffee and just sit on the patio and stare and ponder about what i want to do that day. I think that the unit is very reasonably priced compared to what I would have to pay for something similar in San Diego. The place is clean, close to numerous restaurants, there is a brand new Calimex market opened up right next to Puerto Nuevo , 45 minutes to Valle de Guadalupe. All the appliances are new looking and top notch. I can get here in less than two hours from my house. Always a go to when I want a mid week get away. If I have one complaint it is there is no shot glasses for my tequila. At least I couldn’t find any. Next visit i will donate some to the house. Love this place. If you rent you will not be sorry

Summary: Our family of four had a magical stay at Matt and Anna's Modern Casita! Beautiful home. Extremely clean. AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS. Peaceful atmosphere (felt very safe). Great HOA community with wonderful amenities (private beach, pool, tennis courts, playground, etc). Quiet neighbors. Excellent surf (with perfect views from their deck while drinking morning coffee and afternoon margaritas). Matt and Anna responded very quickly with our questions and were helpful hosts. We definetly are looking forward to future visits!

Summary: We booked this place for our wedding weekend and we loved it. Very modern and the view is spectacular. This is one of the nicest homes we’ve seen at Las Gaviotas and it’s perfect with two full suites and a huge kitchen!

Summary: We were very happy with our "top side" rental home as it was modernized, clean and comfortable. The view from the back deck was incredibly nice so that we could see the surf conditions instantly. Although the kitchen did not offer an oven, there were a couple of terrific restaurants nearby (Ollie's pizza and a relatively new brewery/sushi spot across the street). The surfing break was just a short walk down the path. We found ample parking next door and on the street for our 2 cars. We would return again to this nice home.

Summary: This was our first time at Las Gaviotas. The community is awesome, nice, clean and safe. The house is very nice, modern and very comfortable! We wouldn't change a thing about it. The sliding glass door allows for a full view of the ocean and the surf spot. The entire Kitchen/living space is open making the space very 'big'! Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are nice and clean.... The pool was very nice, the beach even better! We'll be back!!
