Summary: Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!

Summary: We rented this large clean house for a boys golf and surf weekend. It was large and comfortable, albeit a little rough around the edges. But that is to be expected in Baja. Overall, I recommend it.

Summary: The property was huge, clean, and beautiful. The only issue we encountered was that the first night we didn't have hot water, to be fair we checked in rather late and waited to reach out for assistance. The next morning once we contacted the property maintenance, they came within the hour and turned on the water heater for us. We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home and felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Summary: Solid vacation rental in Gaviotas. The views from the top, master bedroom balcony is great -- you can see the break easily. Lovely lower balcony and plenty of space all around as well.
