Positive: The place is very beautiful, modern, clean, close to the train station and less than 30 minutes from the center of Venice. The area is calm and quiet. I hope I could stay for weeks there.

Positive: It was small and easy to access, in a great location very close to Preganziol’s train station, bus stops and several facilities like supermarkets and ristorantes. The staff was magnificent, very kind and welcoming. Also, everything was very clean and tidy.

Negative: Everything was nice, but if to point something, you can hear everything from your room, and if people talk a bit loud in theirs, you can hear them too. Wasn’t that big of a problem for us really, just something to consider if you’re a light sleeper

Positive: The room was very nice and super clean. There were also some extra pillows in the wardrobe. The location also provided easy access to both Venice as well as Treviso. There are also some nice restaurant options nearby open until late, which is quite convenient.

Negative: The door lock was unnecessarily complex and we did not receive prior instructions on how to lock and unlock it. I tried contacting on WhatsApp but received no response (another minus as guests would like to have some type of convenient assistance; they did not respond even when I requested for some instructions on getting to the place from the station). So I asked the very friendly staff member who was downstairs. He did not speak very good English but still helped us out in unlocking the door. What I did not like the most however was that I was charged 4 euros just to open the door. This was not very fair as it was no fault of our own. The lock had a QR code to scan for instructions of use, but it just diverted us to a full manual (also not in English) and I don't think guests are expected to figure these out. When we arrived back from the city a bit later in the night, we were once again unable to lock the door. But this time I called their number and luckily got a response. Other than that, the bidet shower had a small leak when opened and there was no drain near the toilet, so we had to dry the floor with a towel by ourselves. They charge 2 euros for a big bottle of cool water (which is fine) but the fridge in our room did not work well and we were not able to keep it cool for too long.

Positive: Responsive owner who greeted us and showed us around, easily resolved a couple of technical issues. Great location, with easy access to the train to Venice.

Negative: Extremely thin walls, and there's a bar on the ground floor where the party continues until 1 AM.
