Positive: Everything was great! We arrived late at night and checked out in the morning so unfortunately there isn’t a lot to say however for the very short stay, it was great! Close to the airport, good restaurants very close by, parking onsite and the room was comfortable and so clean with a spacious bathroom which was fully kitted with everything you’ll need. The host was very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was also included which is nice touch!
Negative: Nothing - would stay again!

Positive: I would like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel, we stayed at this hotel before Venice, the owner greeted us warmly, told us where to go in Venice, gave us a bottle of prosecco, since from the 15th all the cafes in the area were closed, unfortunately we remained hungry, but the owner's mother came and helped us order a very tasty pizza for which we thank her very much, I would also like to note the breakfast, it was great, I recommend it, 10/10!!!

Positive: The house, the food, the location. Everything was excelent. The accommodation is in a quiet neighbourhood with villas. We were spoiled at the breakfast (both regular and sweets) by Rina, the owner who is an amazing lady! The terrace is very nice. There are also 2-3 restaurants for all prices at around 10 min walking. By car in 20min we were at Mestre train station from where we took the train to Venice St. Lucia Station. There is also a train station 20-30 min walking from the accommodation if you don't come by car.

Positive: Nice and clean room with porch, breakfast was great, Rina helps us a lot whit informations about area and took us to a train to Venezia and save us time. Also comunication was easy. Rina speaks English. Train to Venezia is 30 minutes by walking or 10 minutes by car. Taxi cost 20 Euro. Airport is 10 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus. Taxi costs 50 Euro. Bus is 4 Euro. Better to take a car for people who don't want to walk a lot.
