Positive: Very warm and welcoming hosts, location very close to the beach, and you can use the Umbrellas for free. The taverna made very delicious grilled food and fish.

Negative: The room was very narrow. The bed was stuck to the wall and it was inconvenietn to get to the bed.

Positive: We recently stayed at Sikia and were initially captivated by its prime location right by the seaside. The views from the front-facing balcony were truly breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the authentic Greek cuisine at the tavern downstairs, which was both delicious and convenient. The surrounding area was a delight, with a small supermarket, other restaurants, and a fantastic beach bar nearby. Sikia Beach itself is a wonderful spot to experience the best of what Greece has to offer. In summary, Sikia has a lot going for it, especially in terms of location and potential. With a few improvements, it could become a top choice for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay by the sea.

Negative: However, while the location is excellent, the accommodation itself requires some improvements to be truly comfortable. During our stay, we noticed that not all the light bulbs were functional, which dimmed the overall ambiance. The shower lacked a hook on the wall, making it inconvenient to use, and the kitchen was under-equipped, missing basic items like a kettle, bowls, and other essentials that would have made meal preparation easier. The room, though charming, felt cramped due to an excess of furniture. It seemed like too much was trying to be packed into the space, including an extra bed doubling as a sofa. This created a tight and somewhat uncomfortable environment, which isn't ideal for a holiday where guests seek relaxation and comfort. A more honest approach to the room's size would be to prioritize basic comfort over fitting in additional furniture. After all, this isn't a hostel, and guests would appreciate a bit more space to move around comfortably. That said, the potential for this place to be a lovely guesthouse is definitely there. With a bit more attention to the comfort and functionality of the rooms, it could be an outstanding accommodation choice.

Positive: The place where the accommodation is located is wonderful, everything is nearby and very interesting. Also, the accommodation has air conditioning, which is important for the summer weather.

Negative: The room was in quite poor condition. A broken bed propped up by two beer crates to prevent it from collapsing is unacceptable. The kitchen is very messy and broken. The room has only two power outlets, one in the kitchen and the other high on the wall, making it difficult to access electricity near the bed. The bathroom is new and clean, but the sink is impractically small. I think the owners should invest in their accommodation because with a little effort and improvement, they can create a fully comfortable and cozy room, instead of one with a bed that collapses and creaks with every turn.

Summary: This accommodation needs investment, as it is not acceptable in its current state.

Positive: very kind and helpful stuff. the room was clean and they let us have our small cat with us! there is a tavern on the ground floor where you can eat delicious Greek dishes and the studios gives you for free keys for the sun beds which are in front of the sea, across the street
