Positive: The room matched the hotel photos, the renovation was good, and the furniture was new.

Negative: 1. Location: The hotel is very far from the beach, about a 10-minute drive by car. I’m not sure about walking distance, but it’s far. The hotel is suitable only as a transit place for an overnight stay. 2. Around the hotel, there is only a gas station and a store—there’s absolutely nowhere to take a walk. 3. The terrace was terrible, full of junk and weeds. 4. The room had no window, and when we opened the door for ventilation, bugs, grasshoppers, mosquitoes, and even the owner’s dog would come inside. 5. The hotel is located next to the highway, and you can hear the noise of cars both during the day and at night. 6. The breakfast was the poorest I have ever seen. Literally the same every day: boiled eggs, toast with bread, sausage and cheese, bread, rolls, jam, butter, instant coffee, tea, milk, juice. That’s it, nothing else. It’s a disgrace and a complete mismatch between price and quality. I regretted my choice and we left the hotel one day earlier.

Positive: Very nice, polite, confident staff. The room is really well equipped with all kinds of light shows. The breakfast is classic international with a little Greek touch. They changed the bed linen every two days and Towels and the room was cleaned. I recommend it to everyone, perfect for relaxing.

Negative: Only choose this room if you are arriving by car or have rented a car during your holiday in Greece. It is a bit far from everything but this way you will be completely isolated from the noise of the outside world.

Summary: Perfect for a short vacation.

Positive: Sadly we stayed only one night here but other comments / reviews are talking about construction site, sorroundings not finished etc. In reality this location is in last stage of renovation and it looks like they could be finished soon. Rooms are really nice, brand new + we received a bottle of wine as a welcome, which was nice gesture. They also have a pool outside and we loved it - everything looks new. Location of this place is perfect, close to the Sarti, Toroni and all other beaches in the middle. Since we were exploring beaches each day somewhere, this place really gave us good starting point. All of us kind of regreted that we didnt stayed longer here.

Negative: Location in booking map is not correct, it shows gas station - in reality correct location is less than kilometer further from gas station, towards town of Sykia, on the right side (i think its the second building after the gas station). There should be a sign outside the property.

Summary: Really nice place - totaly recommend it

Positive: New and comfortable apartment in a strategic location, just 10 min drive from the best beaches in Greece - Sarti, Orange Beach, Toroni, Calamities...all super close. There is also nice beach in Sykia itself - Paralia Sikias. Swimming pool near to hotel, supermarket is close. Friendly host - Vasilis. I recommend.
