Positive: Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed: comfortable bed, good shower, fan to keep cool. Food was great in the restaurant - we had a lovely evening meal and breakfast was very good (but see below). Staff generally friendly and accommodating (but see below).

Negative: The outside area was very unkempt and needs some attention - grass cutting and general weeding. Kerb appeal a bit lacking. We had a good stay but were disappointed when we left: we had to make an early departure on Sunday morning (at 8am) which meant we couldn’t have breakfast in the restaurant, so we ordered a takeaway the previous day (we even wrote down what we wanted and were told this would be no problem). When we went to pick it up, we were told that there was no record of our order so we had to leave hungry! Not great.

Summary: Reasonably comfortable stay but an issue on departure
