Negative: there is no lights after 11pm so you have to tip toe around, also the TRV of the radiator in the room was off so we spent a night without heating unaware that it needs turning on

Positive: Friendly staff. Great location for walking the fells.

Negative: Check in is at 3pm yet the heating in the bedrooms doesn’t come on until 4pm. Getting back very cold and wet from a days fell walking you should be walking into a heated room!
