Positive: Close to Stratford, nice local pub. Nice and cool during heatwave. Beds & sofas comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Two showers and downstairs toilet. Character features and spacious reception room. Parking directly outside front door. Enclosed rear garden with views.

Negative: Next to a farm so noise started before 7am on the Monday. Just happened to be a gathering on the Saturday night in the farmers field so noise until early hours. PAs it was hot windows open, flies a nuisance. Dinning table a little tired, upstairs bathroom needs some tlc on the finishes. Carpets need deep cleaning in places.

Positive: Location, warm, comfortable, well-appointed facilities, cleanliness, relaxing, picturesque, beautiful, just amazing.

Negative: Initially, we had difficulty with the heaters, and no instructions were in the unit. We extended one night. It was difficult to contact staff either via phone or internet. Once we made contact the call centre was very helpful.

Positive: Nice big property. Jen who was cleaning was absolutely lovely and welcoming 10/10. Allowed us access early which we were very welcome for. She returned later with an iron and hairdryer. Clean property on the whole and well equipped.

Negative: Needed Hooks in bedrooms and dressers, had to utilise windowsills for storage . Double bed was a bit hard and lumpy. Shower in bedroom ok but odd! no where to hang wet towels . shower hoses need cleaning. Grass in back garden Needed cutting so we could pick up dog mess easily. Blood on duvet when we stripped it was off putting! King room very very dark. Wardrobes Needed more hangers 6 person property Needed extra bathroom.

Positive: Location was good. It was a clean and spacious house. Easy access to Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick Castle and Chipping Campden.

Negative: Internet was the worst I’ve seen in decades across the third and first world. Garden can be better with more furniture, BBQ facility and better privacy. Landlord living next door is never a good option.
