Positive: Very large clean comfortable room. Owners very welcoming. Lovely location although a few miles from Stratford on Avon very quiet and lovely surroundings in a very pretty village. Very easy to get into Stratford by car. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Amazing powerful shower as well.

Positive: Location was very quiet and perfectly situated for my needs .The family Hosts were very engaging and helpful . Breakfast included was suberb and at a time to suit all Guests.

Negative: Parking I requested on booking was limited, but I accepted this due to position and rural location of the Farmhouse and also as after unpaking and leaving for an Event I would be returning quite late pm as agreed with Owners . On return both nights I found both spaces taken so had to pull in very close to an uncut hedge in front of a Skip? - fortunaty I am not too precious about scratches on my older vehicle. Not a fault of owners but the lane in front of the Farmhouse had several waterlogged areas as the Water Company I was told responsible for this issue has yet to rectify the problem . Personally I was not effected by this issue too much and agreed to leave my muddy shoes at the door.

Summary: Very welcoming Hosts who have thougth of everything to make Guests stay very comfortable.
