Summary: westin used to be a great hotel that was clean and great ever since Marriott took them over it’s been disappointing. they did not provide clean glasses everyday and did not provide enough towels. people were nice but definitely not the Westin we are used to. location was centrally located so that was a plus. lighting was dark in the room.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and the people who worked at the hotel. If we could complain about anything, it would be the staff who served breakfast. I'm talking about the service, not the food. The food was also wonderful, but I found the people to be rude and a little prejudiced against tourists from Brazil!

Summary: We had a pull out sofa bed in our room and was asked when we wanted linens for the bed. I asked if they could send them up at checkin. We were gone most of the day, returned at 11pm to no linens and didn't want to have to wait for linens to go to bed at 11pm so we had to use couch unopened up the bed - very disappointed

Summary: Our stay was disappointing. The pros: the room was clean and spacious. They had a mini crib for our daughter. The cons: the air conditioning did not work properly. No matter how low you set the temp, the air conditioning would randomly turn off and the room would instantly heat up. We couldn't use our blankets bc it would get too hot and our daughter kept waking up bc it was uncomfortable. We bought an in and out parking ticket on our first day. Due to some glitch that apparently had been going on for weeks, the ticket wouldn't let us leave the property. We would have to call an attendant and get help every time, adding 10 mins to the process of leaving the hotel. Lastly, the fire alarm went off at 11:30pm on the second night of our stay. This is not the hotels fault, a drunk idiot probably pulled the fire alarm. But it scared us and our 10-month old who woke up to a blaring alarm and flashing lights. It was disappointing the hotel staff never acknowledged the incident or offered something like comped breakfast the next day for the inconvenience.
