Positive: Great location, very walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony/outdoor patio was also very spacious. The kitchen was great, very clean, lots of wine glasses, and I appreciated the coffee maker and tea kettle.

Negative: There is not parking included with the apartment, but there is a lot half a block away, as well as street parking and a couple of parking decks nearby. I also wish there had been a regular height table outside (there were three chairs and a low little end table), but that was mostly because I wanted to work outside, so I wouldn't call that a negative so much as something that would have made it just a little more perfect.

Summary: If I ever come back to Philadelphia, I will 100% stay here again.

Positive: The apartment was nicely appointed and had a well-stocked kitchen.

Negative: The bed was somewhat soft--this was not so much of a problem for one person sleeping alone but for two, it sunk in the middle. The corner of the carpet rolled up in a way that could be a tripping hazard. A shade screen on the patio door in the bedroom would be helpful. We were aware of the walk up of four floors but it would be a concern if people were unaware of this.

Summary: Lovely stay but a little less comfortable than we would have liked.

Positive: The property was clean and prepared for a good stay. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and even some seasoning, salt, pepper, cooking oil. The shop is near, the city center is in a walkable distance. The host is very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, plenty of additional towels, iron, etc. Everything was quiet at night. The apartment is spacious. Less than 10 minutes walking from Suburban Station.

Negative: Sometimes you may hear neighbours, which is normal in cities.

Summary: Pleasant stay in the center.

Positive: The kitchen was very well equipped. The furnishings were ample and comfortable. Comfortable couch. Lovely big tv in sitting room and bedroom. Bathroom big. Good shower. Very bright and airy apartment with lovely balcony.

Negative: The person in the apartment upstairs was very noisy. They put on washing machine at midnight and thumped up and down making a lot of noise. The air conditioning unit outside was noisy. The entrance hall was scruffy.

Summary: Lovely well equipped apartment in a really nice area.
