Summary: Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly Concierge Staff that went out of their way to assist us. They immediately asked to help with our luggage and if there was anything that they could do to assist with our stay while at the Hotel. When we entered the Lobby, the staff was smiling & very friendly, we noticed the professionalism of the staff and the eye contact showed us that they were paying attention to us and cared about our time there. We absolutely loved the Suite that we stayed in. The personal touch was extremely surprising and like nothing else. This staff is remarkable, thank you β€œStephanie” for the window art, it made our jaws drop that you took the time to provide us with such a perfect experience with the personal touch. This was World Class. Thank you times 5.

Summary: We went for a one night get away and had spa appointments and dined at JG Sky high. The four seasons never disappoints and it was an all around amazing experience, the spa, the stay, the food and the employees and the ambiance. Love it every day
