Positive: Overlooking the harbour

Negative: Bathroom was too small, they had a child’s toilet instead of an adult size. For the cost of the stay, it was embarrassing. The walk-in closet was larger than the bathroom.

Summary: Staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. The view was nice.

Positive: How elegant the lobby was , the tremendous bar area. Staff very friendly and quick service .

Negative: The hotel beautiful , room comfortable, could use some upgrades ,doors ,carpeting . Also , this seemed to be prevalent.. Most all the restaurants of the area- the menu descriptions of the food offered were amazing , but in every place, the actual food fell very flat in comparison . Except your fish cake breakfast and tuna wonton appetizers! Well done there ,Westin !
