Summary: So convenient to downtown. A bit pricey. The underground parking is a bit of a nightmare—pay the extra for valet! Very nice property, great view, excellent amenities.

Summary: Stayed here overnight as a family of 4 on a trip to Halifax. The hotel well located for restaurants and family exploring and the service was very good- the staff was extremely friendly! The hotel itself could use a facelift: our room was clean but the carpet was very worn and a little stinky. The hotel gym is extremely humid from being next to the pool, and the pool area could use a renovation.

Summary: Excellent staff and service was fantastic. Bathrooms and rooms in general could use some updating but by no means did it negatively impact our stay. Will definitely come back when visiting our daughter at school.

Summary: Not kid friendly. No kids menu for room service. Was challenging to get a grilled cheese delivered. 4 or 5 calls to get this done. Staff is hit or miss. Staff is so-so. Some staff seemed like they wanted to be helpful. Others did not seem to care that much. Concierge was not that helpful. Pool was tiny. But nicely deep. Pool room was way to hot. If tried to escape the pool room for a breath of breathable air the door would lock behind. Why not at least let a room key open it? House keeping was good. Location is good to restaurants, citadel, sports venue, rogers square. It is a steep walk to the harbor.
