Positive: The hosts allowed us to stay an extra night to the inclement weather. We are very grateful for their generousity. They were very quick to answer our messages.

Negative: The snow storm, but that is not the hosts' fault.

Summary: We got to see a great play at the Neptune Theatre and enjoyed the lovely neighbourhood we stayed in.

Positive: I didn’t used anything for breakfast, but i saw the it offered coffee and some groceries, which is already more than expected.

Negative: The overall was great. I noticed a spider web in the kitchen that scared me a bit. But no big deal as I didn’t used the kitchen.

Positive: Great location, easy check-in, comfortable bed, responsive staff, well-stocked kitchen, good wifi, quiet and relaxing.

Negative: The brick and stone walls need some repairs - they shed crumbs onto the floor and dresser. The Glade air freshener was very strong, could be a problem for guests with fragrance sensitivities.
