Positive: We really enjoyed our little pod, the view of the cathedral was just beautiful and it was so peaceful. You can take the little pathway into Wells which is only a 5-10 minute walk which was so handy! I was very grateful that there was a fan as it did get pretty hot so we had no problems sleeping. Loved the set up in the pod and had a good TV with everything you need.

Negative: A couple of things let it down. One was the cleanliness. It felt like someone had just quickly gone over it and no deep clean. There was a lot of smears on the oven and the worktop had some crumbs around the hob. Some of the cutlery was dirty and the cabinet doors needed a clean. They did supply a sponge and some washing up liquid but you still expect it to be spotless when paying that much money. The decorative cushions on the bed were a bit dirty as well so sadly that did let it down. The other thing was the shower. You would run it and all of a sudden it would just go cold. Sometimes it would come back on and sometimes it didn’t. It was a very good size shower though! Also it would be nice to see some hedges around each pod to give more privacy from the other pods

Positive: Loved how private it was and it felt secluded even though just a short walk into town. Very comfortable and clean

Negative: The skylight above the bed could use a blind, the table and chairs uncomfortable and very small
