Positive: Everything. The location, the views, the space in the apartment. It's located at the quieter end of Surfers Paradise, which was ideal. Lots of shops / cafés within a short stroll. Didn’t get chance to use pool, tennis court, gym etc, but they looked top notch. Very knowledgeable staff. Best view from a bathroom I think I've ever seen.

Negative: I would have given 10, but I did have to contact the host a few times to get my security deposit back. Would definitely stay there again next time, and for longer.

Positive: Great views, Good location for walking to get a meal,breakfast,coffee etc. Great staff, very helpful.

Negative: Bed in the room we stayed in was too hard for my liking. Didn’t use other facilities so can’t comment on that.

Positive: Great location. Near but also far from Surfers, Southport etc.

Negative: No spare towels or toilet paper. Must buy all your own stuff.

Positive: We knew that we had booked a room with a view, but we were truly blown away by how incredible it was. The staff were wonderful, and really personalised our experience. There were so many little inclusions that made a luxurious stay - Foxtel movies, full laundry, corner spa, and many more facilities that we didn't have a chance to use. We were blown away by how wonderful our stay was, and we would be happy if we stayed here every time we visited the Gold Coast.

Negative: We didn't experience any issues, and the staff were very happy to help if we needed them.

Summary: Exceeded our expectations - we will definitely be staying again!
