Summary: The resort is old and tired but they’ve done the best they can especially for a family resort. We would never stay there again purely because it was really difficult with our baby ( cot) and older child. If they had 2 bedroom units we would!

Summary: Receptionists seems inexperienced, no greetings at arrival…no greetings each time I enquire at reception from the 2 young ladies. I’ve been live in SeaWorld resort many times& customer services apparently worsen significantly.

Summary: Kids loved it, staff were good, rooms need a bit of repair and the water view room had a glimpse of the Broadwater from the balcony only. We paid full rate for a night which wasn’t great value but going on a normal time with plenty of notice wouldn’t be too bad at normal nightly rates
