Negative: For $300 a night there should have been at least a bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was less than basic.

Positive: Great location to walk to things you need like the people mover and shopping . Nice to have the little kitchen area.

Negative: I paid extra to get a room with a balcony so I could open the doors and enjoy the fresh air. The handles were not on the balcony doors so I could not open them. I asked about it and was told they hadn’t been put back on after the balconies were painted. I requested them and was told they would be put back, on but it never happened during my stay.

Positive: Gailen at the front desk was so nice upon check in. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were so soft I sank into them. The shower was great with near instant hot water.
