Positive: Lovely home with beautiful views. Within walking distance of the Coastal Trail as well as downtown. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Positive: This is our second time staying at this property. Walking in felt like we were coming back to our Anchorage home. The host was wonderful and promptly answered all of our questions. The house had everything we needed to feel at home and have a comfortable stay. A perfect location for walking to many restaurants, and for a walk on the Coastal Trail.

Positive: The location was perfect for what we needed! It was easy to walk and grab coffee or food. we had rented a passenger van, so the ample parking made that really easy. And the view from the deck was amazing! The sunsets over the water were amazing. The house was well stocked, even had some toys and a pack n play that we ended up using so our toddler didn't have to sleep in our bed :).

Negative: There is an opening in the master bedroom bathroom wall that is open to the living room, so while you couldn't see in - noise wasn't as private as you'd expect. But we traveled with friends and we're close - so didn't bother us too much. Also - tried to take a shower in the master - and the plumbing wasn't hooked up correctly so water would just spray and flood the floor! There are showers in the other bathrooms, so we managed.

Summary: Would stay here again! perfect for a family or two couples with kids.
