You can't beat this location!! Surrounded by Internationally acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops and galleries and all that Venice has to offer. My tranquil one bedroom, one bath newly renovated 2 story guesthouse is located on "the most coveted street in Venice." Just steps to world renowned Abbot Kinney Boulevard and a short walk or bike ride, (bikes provided) to the beach, Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica. Beautifully decorated private two story guesthouse with skylights in the living room and bedroom offer an abundance of natural light. Lavish linen upholstered furniture throughout and the most luxurious bed and sheets you’ll ever experience. The Eco-friendly guest house is maintained with envirmentally safe products for you and the earth. From the organic paint on the walls to the natural cleaning products used before each guest arrives to the hypoallergenic soaps for the linens and towels. It's the perfect combination of location, privacy, comfort, and convenience. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy all Venice has to offer.

No designated parking, street parking only. Please be aware street cleaning is on alternate sides of the street Wednesday and Thursday. Please check the street signs before parking.

Summary: Andrew's space is a dream. The space, the amenities (this place is better stocked than my own home), and the care that Andrew puts into hosting are dreamy. Can't recommend this place enough.

Summary: What a great place to stay! This is a comfortable and cozy apartment. Plenty of space for two. The bed is comfortable and the space is classy. The house is a two minute walk from great restaurants and coffee shops. Plenty of shopping and places to explore. I took one of the offered bikes and road from Venice Beach to the other side of Santa Monica. And you can't beat the weather in Venice Beach! There was too much to see in just two days, all within walking distance. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a personal tour of the property and helped us carry in our bags. He provided an assortment of snacks and treats to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely come back in the future.

Summary: I honestly don't know where to start. Andrew is truly the best host we've ever experienced! So kind, caring and attentive. His home is extremely clean, well equipped with everything you might need and impeccably decorated. His attention to detail is phenomenal! The location is incredible, walking distance to everything.I just can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had on our stay! We'll be back!

Summary: I hesitate to write about what an amazing place this is because I’m afraid too many people will find out and it won’t be available again! It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and in a great location — steps from all the cool places in Venice Beach but still quiet. Andrew is an incredibly thoughtful and helpful host. Upon arrival, delicious treats for weary travelers and he is super knowledgeable about the neighborhood. He even got us hard to get dinner reservations. I could have comfortably stayed for months. I will definitely come back!

Summary: My stay at the Venice Eco guest house was a dream. The host Andrew is brilliant from his local knowledge, all the extra amenities he provides to his beautiful house dog Luke it really is the perfect place to stay in Venice. The guest house is right off Abbott kiddey which is perfect for shopping and dinning, just blocks from the beach - made even easier with the provided cruiser bike I used most days. The boho apartment is gorgeous and amenities are better than a hotel. From the fresh flowers and wine on arrival to the Aesop products throughout, chic furnishings and organic snacks and drinks provided in the fridge this place is a 11/10 for me. Highly recommend this accomodation and host Andrew.

Summary: Andrew's apartment is the perfect home away from home. We were here for a week for work and the place was fantastic. A very minimalist and tranquil beach theme made it really easy to relax during our stay. In addition, what makes this place phenomenal and sets this place apart is his attention to detail in his soft products; such as his personal greeting and helping you bring your luggage in, to the stocked fridge with bottled water and organic pantry snacks, to the top of the line toiletries offered. When we're down here again for work, we'll definitely look to stay here again.

Summary: I couldn’t give a better review!! Andrew is an incredibly charming helpful host, and the home he’s created is luxuriously soft, comfortable and done with great taste. His beautiful furnishing, fresh flowers, bread from an amazing bakery, chocolates, wine...all made me feel as cozy as home! His lovely Newfoundland also made the experience even better. Summary: I am a fellow VRBO owner and frequent guest and know what it takes to maintain an inviting property. Everything was perfect, from the personel greeting, to the goodies left for me and of course a bottle of wine.
