Positive: I loved the charm and character of the facilities. It’s beautiful! The person at the front desk was really sweet and kind. It’s also in walking distance of real yummy and fun spots!

Negative: The cleanliness was shockingly bad for $440 a night. Hair on the bathroom counters and floors, stains all over the carpet, cobwebs, and dust and grime on the wall treatment. My husband and I were looking forward to a night in and putting a show/movie on but the tv didn’t work and the front desk said they didn’t know how the tv works.

Summary: Gorgeous grounds and excellent location being right in downtown Santa Barbara but not worth $440/day
