Positive: Casa Iglesia is the most high-tech place that we have ever stayed. We never met a member of the staff. You receive an entrance code on your mobile phone, which is used at the main door and at your room. Upon entering the room, you wonder where the TV is. The answer is that it looks like a large piece of art on the wall which changes to a TV upon use of the control. Then there is the toilet; watch out for the electronic buttons!! They do things that you may not understand first time upon the throne. Good bed and good location, about 10 blocks north of the pedestrian-only part of State Street. Dogs are allowed and there is a good park for walking.
Negative: We missed the Human Touch. No one around to talk with.
