Perfectly private Paradise studio - located conveniently off Pentz road. This spacious studio apartment is well suited for a business traveler. With an appointed kitchenette including a mini fridge, convection microwave, and coffee maker, you'll find all your needs met in this newly renovated and peaceful home.
Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.
I live in Chico and there is on-site management for emergencies. So don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Summary: This is a great place for me to stay because my brother lives on the property. It is very convenient. Comfortable, and in a very lovely rural location. If you are looking to stay in the heart of the town, this isn’t it, but if you are looking for a comfortable easy enjoyable spot in paradise, you got it here.
