Perfectly private Paradise One Bedroom apartment - located conveniently off Pentz road. This spacious home is well suited for a business traveler. With an appointed kitchenette including a mini fridge, convection microwave, and coffee maker, you'll find all your needs met in this newly renovated and peaceful home.
Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.
I live in Chico and there is on-site management for emergencies. So don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Summary: Had everything I needed..

Summary: I picked this property using the VRBO app, as the closest location to where I was visiting. It said around 12 miles then after arriving at my location i was visiting i opened the app and the location changed to an hour away. The local person told me that the location was only around 12 miles but in order to get there we had to drive around the lake and it took an hour. VERY Disappointed, especially as we passed a number of hotels on the way to this location.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed here. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze. Great accommodation's. What a pleasant atmosphere!

Summary: Very comfortable unit with a great mattress. Clean and well appointed. My only suggestions would be a throw blanket and lamps for the living room. Orta little difficult to relax or watch TV with only the bright overhead lights. Otherwise, a perfect, well priced place for a couple or a single traveler. Highly recommend.

Summary: Perfect for my wife and I as well as our dog. Super clean and roomy. Great bed. Great shower. Great location away from all the rebuilding and road work in and around town. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We are very impressed with the entire process, reservation, checking and checking out. The location Is dramatic, the “camp fire” aftermath is noted by area damaged by the fire. Very sad. But we noted rebuilding the community is happening in small stages.
