Positive: Javi and Estel are wonderful hosts! They were all over it way before we even got there, texting us to ask about what kind of mattress and pillows we liked. No one's ever done that before, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer! No more waking up with a stiff neck and a sore back! The place itself was spotless, you could eat off the floor. They even stocked it with everything you could possibly need – cookies, water, sunscreen, bug spray, after-sun lotion... and left chocolates on the bed! It felt like they thought of absolutely everything. They even checked in later to make sure we weren't missing anything. Javi met us when we arrived and showed us around. The little garden and chill-out area are beautiful. They also put together a guide in a bunch of languages to help you find your way around the place and the island. Super helpful! Parking was easy right on the street, and it's only a 10-minute drive from downtown. We had the best time staying at The Traditional Starting Point, thanks to Javi and Estel's thoughtfulness. We warmly recommend them and their place.

Positive: Simply great! The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. Also the garden seating is amazing. You could see that the owners, Javi and Estel, really care about their guests and about the whole place. Communication with them was perfect. Javi welcomed us, explained everything and gave us a lot of tips for places in Palma and in Mallorca. Location is in a neighbourhood with family houses, so it is a really quite place. It is great starting point for bike (or car) trips to west coast (Valdemossa, Soller, Puig Major, Sa Calobra). We also took the bikes on the nearby train to Sa Pobla to visit the north coast (Alcudia, Platja de Muro, Cap de Formentor). We really enjoyed every day of our week long stay! Highly recommended!
