Positive: Thoroughly enjoyed our week staying in your beautiful villa, the location was perfect and the villa was very well equipped it really felt like a home from home. The pool was fantastic, the kids had so much fun and the villa was so big it was great to each have our own space. The villa was very clean and tidy, air conditioning in the bedrooms was a god send and worked very well! The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking in it, every utensil you could think of, plenty of plates cups bowls etc and spices to use, the coffee machine was a great addition, I do love a nespresso machine! Having a dishwasher and washing machine to use was also great and lovely to come home after a week away as a family of 6 with only a small carrier bag of washing because we've been able to do bits whilst we've been there. We really had a fantastic week, Thank you 😊 We would love to come back to stay again. Anke met us on arrival and was lovely and helpful and in touch with us during our stay if we needed her, we didn't as everything worked and ran smoothly

Positive: The pool was fantastic. The house was lovely and had everything you would need. Air con in the bedrooms was great and very much needed. Felt very private even though in a residential area.

Negative: Just one little thing which was that on the booking.con advert it clearly stated there was a barbecue area with a barbecue and an outside fireplace which we would have definitely used but neither was present. Maybe this is a booking.com problem rather than the Hosts ?

Positive: Brilliant Villa. Great location little local shop seconds away from the villa. The housekeeper Natalie was very helpful. Having air con in the bedrooms really helped with the heat. Great to have the pool.

Positive: A lovely villa, very clean and very well furnished. Good location, only a few minutes walk from the train station for a 10 minute ride into central Palma, and some local shops for day-to-day needs nearby. Lots of beautiful beaches within a 30-minute drive and very near to Palma airport. The housekeeper was very helpful during our stay, for example, recommending a taxi company for larger groups and also accepted our request for a later checkout. We loved our holiday at Villa Palmera!
