Positive: Amazing hotel, right in the heart of Ginza. Very big rooms (especially for Tokyo), super comfortable, luxury feeling. Staff all over the place, great in helping you, lovely work done by conceige with booking restaurants, etc.

Negative: The only comment I have is their pricing strategy on booking. You have a price but small print ads 25% to the price. It is the "+ taxes" part. Normally that includes tourist tax (small amount) or so. In their care it includes 10% sales tax plus something called "service charge" at 15%. So a total of 25% on top of the price. I feel sales tax and "service charge" should be included in the initially displayed price. Surprised that a hotel of this level, belonging to a major chain, does something dirty like this. Surprised booking allows this.
