Positive: The room was very comfortable and staff very helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. The rooms were kept tidy and the house keeper was very accommodating. Breakfast was good and there was a buffet style with various dishes to choose from. It is a close walk to the station. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again when i visit Tokyo.

Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Positive: The check-in process was very fast. It’s extremely close to the subway station (Higashi-Ginza Station, Exits 3 and 4). There are 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores right downstairs, making it easy to grab anything you need. The interior is very elegant, with bath salts and free trial samples of Sekkisei skincare products. The room is spacious enough to easily fit two suitcases, and they even provide a large trash bag specifically for dirty laundry, which is very thoughtful.

Negative: Although it was a standard room, the natural lighting was quite poor. If you open the curtains, you might end up face-to-face with people in the building across from you, which is a bit awkward—so I ended up keeping the curtains closed.

Positive: The hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff was incredibly helpful with all off our inquiries and helping us with luggage delivery to Kyoto. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable. Very clean and the bathrooms were incredible with the tub and shower combination. Will definitely be staying here again. The hotel is very well connected with the metro line just one street away and walking distance to fantastic restaurants in Ginza and Hibiya area.

Negative: Everything was fantastic no objections.
