Summary: Where to even begin? From the moment we arrived, we were completely mesmerized. The island is breathtaking and the hotel is more beautiful in real life. It felt like stepping into paradise. The crystal-clear waters, the soft sandy beaches, and the marine life made us feel like we were living in an aquarium. But what truly sets the hotel apart is not just its beauty—it’s the people. The warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the staff made our stay beyond special. A heartfelt thank you to Poula, our extraordinary host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His attention to detail and constant care made all the difference. We also want to send a big thank you to Lama and the amazing team at the Kids Club for creating unforgettable memories for our children. They loved every moment and the fun activities! Dining at Kula every day was another highlight of our trip. The variety, the quality, and most of all, the service exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Bhavin, Shokhawat, Humair, Ansari, Anupam, Anpum, Sager, and Nagendra (and all the others that I forgot to ask for their names, I'm so sorry but I guess you know who you are) for your warm smiles and outstanding service—you truly made every meal an experience to remember. Summary: very pretty property, but it was VERY family friendly. children everywhere. the food program was inconsistent and confusing. My friends were offered various discounts and i wasn't. the buffet was nice but nothing special. I expected it to be much more quality than it was. drinks were fine, nothing special. service was very very friendly and warm, but slow. dinner at BBQ Shack was a disaster. Waiter spilled a drink on my friend and we had to clean her and the table up then ask for new napkins. never came to check on us after food was delivered. I had wanted to ask for sauce and never got a chance to. just a very adequate stay. expected more
