Summary: Hotel excellence: management, staff, gelato at check in, room size, room service menu (selection and food quality), housekeeping, proximity to shops, hotel transport to shops. Areas to improve: too much toxic room fragrance used throughout the property!! All four of us (2 rooms) were allergic and had continuous headaches, from the guest rooms (rooms had to be aired out to stay inside) and in the lobby!!
