Positive: Nice apartments, very spacious and near to the beach north of Miami

Negative: Found some beetles out of the shower, the pan was damaged and have to be renovated to cook properly. Pots big enough for four people have to be putted in the apartments to let guest cook

Positive: Very nice quality, simple aesthetic, close to Ritz and to the beach.

Negative: There was no housekeeping for 10 days. No towels changing, nobody was taking garbage away, nothing. Zero service.

Positive: The location is very good and is a quiet neighborhood with good access.

Negative: That you have to pay for parking the car. The amount of USD 500 of retention i think is a little excesive. And you have to paid for the cleaning of the room.
