Summary: The owners are super-nice and helpful. Room is basic, but exactly what was needed. Fridge, microwave, bed, TV and bathroom. Bathroom had been renovated and is beautiful and was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Thank you!

Summary: Only used it as a base for touring, but room was fine. Almost got stunk out by skunk but that's country life. Convenient to state park and Hyde mansion

Summary: the room was very clean. great for one night although couldnt sleep because the room above us were making noise ..sounded like they were re arranging furniture till midnite.did not like the drop off the key box. would rather interact with the owner in the morning get a how was your nite..and get a receipt (yes im old school)

Summary: Great value motel. The building looks simple but the property is clean and well kept and the surrounding area feels safe and quiet. Location is relatively close to area attractions. Our room was updated and clean, bed was comfortable, pillows are great quality, sheets and towels fresh and clean, aircon/heater worked well. Bathroom was also updated and clean. The showerhead could be better but the water was warm and pressure was good. Breakfast was not much but definitely a plus for the price. We slept very well and would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a place to spend a night or two and don’t want to break the bank this one is a great choice.

Summary: The place was well-cleaned and well-maintained! The staff were friendly, prompt, and helpful! It was pet-friendly for a small but reasonable additional fee ($35/night at time of review). You could tell it was a place that is being well-invested by the owners. They are not trying to just manage a cheap flip but genuinely seem to care in making a nice place for guests to stay! The continental breakfast was simple but useful. The location was also great! It was quiet but just outside of downtown Ithaca (10-minute drive). In addition, it was one of the more affordable options I found in the area! So, glad to have found Springwater Inn for my trip!

Summary: Room was super clean and modern. Staff were friendly. We were 5 minutes from the Cornell Botanical Gardens/Dairy Bar. (On the more rural part of Ithaca, but 10-12 minutes from downtown by car). Breakfast was free but very basic. Two kinds of cereal, whole milk, white bread, white bagels, mini blueberry muffins. yogurt, bananas and condiments. I would definitely stay there again if we were in the area, although it would be great to have a few more options at breakfast.

Summary: The property was recently renovated and the rooms are a nice size and well appointed. The continental breakfast in the am is spare but everything was fresh and hit the spot. The owners ran the front desk and were kind and helpful when I needed to print a parking pass for our campus visit. I'd come back any time!
