Summary: first time we stayed in this house in Odeceixe (4th time in Odeceixe). The house is recently renovated and very well equipped. Its very spacious with two large bedrooms. And a big comfortable bathroom. The small balcony is perfect for breakfast. The finishing of everything is of a very high standard. As everywhere else in Odeceixe, the only challenge is to park you (rental) car. If you like it, you will be surprised by the large music collection (CD's). During the booking, Paulo was very helpful. The same counts for Fransisco, the house manager. He can help you with names for good restaurants. If we go back to Odeceixe in the future, we will for sure look for the opportunity to book this house again.

Summary: This year we made a new discovery for our holiday! We were attracted by a newspaper article description of this area of costa vicentina in alentejo, as being beautiful and unspoilt - which turned out to be 100 per cent accurate. All the booking process, check in and check out was fine, with no problems at all. I stayed with my husband and our 3 child in the small village of Odeceixe for the first week of our holiday. This is a very cosy and lovely place, with fantastic restaurants, bars, great food and the best beaches we´ve ever been. There´s also a river where our kids loved to spend the day. We visited some different beaches but really Odeceixe was our prefered! Concerning the house, it is really new, modern, with everything tidy and very well equiped. The bathroom is big with a huge shower. The rooms were comfortable and there was a bed for each of our child what´s really great for a house with 2 bedrooms. There´s also a charmimg terrace with a table, chairs and a barbecue where we made delicious grilled fish bought at the market just near our house. This local market has fresh fish, fruits, vegetables and also some meat. Being right in the center of the village it´s a very calm and quiet spot. It was a delight to stay in this house. The owners and neighbours are generous and very kind. Five stars!

Summary: The property was what it was advertised. Brand new, with good construction. The localization was definetly the best as it was very quiet. The cleaning was perfect with no complaints. The owners were very helpful and we surely recommend this house for friends or family. Due to its location we were 3 minutes walk from the centre of Odeceixe, so main restaurants were right over there. The only thing we noticed less comfortable was the parking. Its a bit narrow but in the end we managed to park just fine. Surely we will be back very soon.

Summary: We spent two wonderful weeks in this new and very comfortable house. It is very well equipped and beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures. We loved to have breakfast on the balkony. The house has no W-lan, which was very good, because our children were willing to play cards and family games, which are also provided in the house. (Don't worry: W-lan is available in every restaurant and cafe - just 100 metres to go!). Though situated in the center of the Odeceixe, the house is in a quiet area. It is a perfect place to stay! Odeceixe itsself is a charming little village with a very beautiful beach 3 km away, where our children had surf lessons at the Odeceixe surf school. We will come back next year.
