Positive: Place that you can't show with a photos, here you have to be present to enjoy and see the views and surroundings. The personal welcome of the hosts and their presence next to you is more than a hotel. The breakfast is worthy of a Michelin star - the presentation, the place with a view and a tasteful experience Each hotel room is perfectly thought out down to the smallest detail ❤️

Positive: Kristof and Koenraad are such excellent hosts and made for a truly memorable and relaxing stay. The breafasts are exceptional. The views from the house are stunning and it is an ideal place to walk and run, birdwatch or just chill out as it is super quiet. We have done a lot of travelling and this is right up there as one of the best places we have ever stayed

Negative: The joy of the house is that it is remote and almost 2km from the main road on a dirt road. We had a car though so this was not a problem. In fact the remoteness of the house is one of the things that make it so special.

Positive: The location and the awesome view. It’s like an eagle’s nest with 360° panoramic view over Algarve hills. And the location is so quiet. Our hosts extended great hospitality, and they walked the extra mile to make us feel at home. They even met and greeted us on the main road and showed us the way to their property. Positive: This place is truly special — a beautiful project by Kristof and Koenraad that, as Koenraad said, comes straight from their hearts and is generously shared with other people From the main terrace, you can take in a stunning view of the entire valley. The grounds are gorgeous, and the pool is just perfect for a refreshing swim. You can also enjoy a game of pétanque while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Inside, the living room is cozy and welcoming, with incredible music playing — the hosts have fantastic taste. It’s the perfect spot to relax and gaze out over the valley. Kristof and Koenraad gave us a room with a balcony and a view stretching all the way to the ocean on the horizon. Everything was spotlessly clean and carefully arranged down to the smallest detail. Breakfasts were a real highlight — especially Kristof’s homemade pastries. Absolutely delicious! They also shared amazing local tips and recommendations every day, always checking in to make sure we had great plans and weren’t missing anything. Their care and attention were exceptional. Positive: Koenraad and Kristof were exceptionally kind and accommodating hosts. They directed us to hikes and restaurants, and provided an excellent breakfast, including espresso made to order and delicious pancakes and homemade croissants. The property has many outdoor seating areas with views to the plains below. The room was clean, modern and comfortable.

Negative: The only drawback is also an asset: the property is somewhat remote. It’s about 15 minutes to the nearest town, and a few km are on gravel. Of course this also means it is a very tranquil with abundant natural beauty.
